Wanna Get in Shape? Here’s the Secret

SHHH! Don’t say anything! I’m about to reveal the secret of how to reach your fitness goals. This can’t be easily monetized or turned into a 400 page book so there will be plenty of people out for my head.

The Secret

Ready? Here we go:

  1. Set a broad fitness goal;
  2. Set smaller goals that will help you get closer to the larger goal;
  3. Take steps to accomplish those goals;
  4. Set new goals once you reach your original ones, if you wish.

Oh no! Here they come! The guy who wrote the book about that insane thing that vibrates around your waist for weight loss is standing menacingly on my front lawn!

But Seriously

I don’t mean to take the concerns of those who are trying to get in shape lightly. I know how hard it is to make a change, we all do.

If there are villains in this world, they are the hucksters and charlatans who tell you there is some secret shortcut to reach your goals. They sell you an expensive guide and promise you if you do what they say, you’ll get to where you want to be.

Then in the fine print, they deny any liability or responsibility when you inevitably don’t reach your goals based on their method.
