So why cash-based? Why not go through insurance?
Insurance regulations have put a stranglehold on providers for years. There are certain treatments that, although you may need said treatment in order to get better, are not covered. This means that you will be paying for that service in addition to your co-pay and any other costs you may have accumulated if you went through insurance at a traditional clinic. Additionally, there are some providers who are “in-network” and “out-of-network” with insurance companies which can sometimes create confusion and a large bill that you as the client are responsible for long after you’ve completed your treatment. Additionally, personal training services are rarely covered by insurances anyway.
With a cash-based approach, the client deals directly with the provider. There are no hidden fees or any confusion. The price is determined and agreed upon before treatment begins.
Why mobile? Why not in a defined location?
The mobile element allows us to have more freedom in our treatments and provide recommendations for how to continue to perform the exercises that we prescribe after your plan of care is at an end. A lot of times, fancy, high-tech equipment isn’t necessary. All that’s needed is some guidance on how to use the space available. We believe that this is what leads to long-term healthy lifestyle changes.
