What insurances do you take?
We are out of network with all insurances in order to provide the best care possible and not be restricted by what they will reimburse. If you are interested, we can provide you with information to turn into your insurance company after you have completed your care, but we take payments directly from you.
What should I wear for a session?
Whatever you are most comfortable in and can move well in.
How long is a session?
A session will last one hour.
How many sessions will I need?
This will depend on many factors. We can talk and figure this out during the consultation.
Do I need a prescription?
Short answer: no. Long answer: in some cases, yes. But this will depend on your particular situation and we will figure that out during the consultation.
What are your hours?
Flexible hours! During your consultation, we’ll figure out a time and day that works for everyone involved.
What areas of Pittsburgh do you cover?
We can make just about anywhere work, and especially so with telehealth services now being available. If you are very far away, we can figure out an agreement to make it work and get you moving toward your goals.
Will you be coordinating my care with my doctor?
Yes!
